Excellent Experience on Lost/Found Process
I forgot to pack back the laptop at the CDG terminal 2 security checck point. I left the check point without knowing the laptop was left there until during the flight (Air France). After I got to home I immediately contacted the CDG loss and found section thru online registration. Got the acknowlwedgement rightaway. In the next two day, I received an email saying that my lost item was found and then I proceed to the recovery procedure. I wasa amazed with CDG airport and their agent in taking the case and recover the property. I have to pay about Euro 110 for the shipping poastge (fro CDG Paris to LA, Cal. USA) which I think it is a bit of eccessive. Overall this is very efficient, and professional experience dealing with a remote agent/organization.
