1. The system works very efficiently and I am grateful for the find. 2. I came to know of the loss only minutes after deboarding but had to go through the whole procedure after arrival in India. Fortunately, my passport wasnt in the bag otherwise I would have not been able to take the connecting flight. There should be a system of quick reporting to customer service desk for passangers who need to take connecting flights. 3. The postage charges of Euro 143 are exhorbitatnt and I dont know whether charged on actuals. You need to explore cheaper alternatives. Thank you anyway.
