With gratitude
Dear Julia: I used this site because I forgot to pick up my iPad at the baggage inspection area at Charles de Gaulle Airport and was unable to arrive in Japan.
I entered the necessary information on the site at noon Japan time, and received an email confirming that it had been shipped that evening.
I had almost given up hope of getting it back, and thought that even if I did, it would cost as much as buying a new iPad. However, you responded so quickly and for one-fifth the cost quoted by a Japanese travel agency, I am very grateful and respectful.
I look forward to the day when I can be reunited with my iPad, which I left behind in France. Once again, I would like to express my sincere gratitude.
