Horrible process, satisfactory results
Well, I got my CPAP back, so I'm relieved. However, the process was agonizing. First, your refusal to ship it to the US is appalling. I have nothing to do with the government and you don't even know if I support tarriffs. Your decision to not ship a needed medical device due to politics is horrid. I was returning through CDG so I was able to pick it up, but I had to change my flight in order to do that (which cost me over $1000). I even had extreme difficulty making an appointment because the form required me to input my nationality before it would let me make an appointment and the US wasn't an option. That is a programming error that I pointed out several times by email before you instructed me to lie about my nationality in order to get past that screen. Really?
Once I got to the airport, it wasn't easy to find you -- hiding behind a construction wall with only a tiny sign. But a helpful employee pointed me in the right direction. The employee who let me in was friendly and efficient so it ended well. But the process was awful.
