Loss of iPad
The service is satisfied, but efficiency could be improved.
I lost my iPad in the flight from Dubai to CDG on Thursday (15/05) morning, the loss is reported immediately and the iPad was found in the same morning, but I can't take it back even if I was still in the airport. I have to register my loss in the www.franceobjetstrouves.fr, it spent several days by the website to confirm my loss, even if when I came back to CDG after 3 days (18/05 afternoon), the match of the loss is not confirmed by the website even I provided the S/N of the iPad. Nobody knows how and where I can go to take it directly.
I have to wait the website to confirm my loss was matched, complete payment for bonus (service) onsite, and pay a delivery cost to take back my iPad.
