Cumbersome process
The process to match my bag took too long. It was clear from the onset that it was my bag but it took more than a month to match it. Perhaps a process like KLM’s one would be more useful where you upload pictures of the lost items and we match with those images. It was such a nightmare for me. I’m thankful that it is now resolved though Air France should do better. I appreciate the fact that the bag was unlocked and I found everything intact. Kudos to the team for that.
