First attempt failed
I originally requested shipment of my item on 23/05/2026. For some reason, it was returned to the sender. Although I was promptly issued a refund of the shipping costs, on 29/05/2026, I was notified to request shipping again. I have seen a new charge for shipping and am now hoping that my item is returned this time.

We are very surprised you gave such a low review since we sent you emails explaining the situation, issued a refund and alerted you again when the problem was solved so you can resume the process. Like explained in our mails, your package is part of a whole that was returned by mistake by the courier. We got the item back and issued a refund since the shipping did got successfully. Once the issue was solved, we alerted you so you can arrange a new shiping. This time the package was shipped without problem and you should get it by next week.
