The staff sent the incorrect item
The iPad sent to me is not my iPad, it matches certain parts of the description I’ve given but not completely, I provided a high detailed information about the item, including the serial number of the item which clearly doesn’t match my iPad, and it easily can be found in the back of the iPad I got. I didn’t got any pictures or further information of the found item until it got here, so I was just expecting the item was the one I own. The service is useful but it seems the personnel matching the items lost with the reports are not careful enough to verify the correctness of the match. Now I have a useless iPad that is not mine, can’t find the owner, paid a found fee and a dispatch fee for nothing.
