Backpack found, but some valuable items were missing from inside
After 20 days, I finally got back the backpack I had left on the plane, but some valuable items were missing from inside, they were surely stolen before it was found. Since the backpack was ultimately delivered to my house, I'm giving 4 stars, but the process was complicated because at one point, when checking the list of recovered items, there was one that matched mine, but the date of recovery differed by a few days. Therefore, when I reported that it was my item, they would send me an email saying they didn't have enough evidence to determine it was mine, even though the brand, color, and model were the same.
I had to change the date of loss and call Air France and Charles de Gaulle [Airport] multiple times, but without success. I also filed a claim with the company that manages the website, and they were very kind, and I think they were the ones who gave the final approval, but I'm not certain. Maybe they did a more detailed check of the characteristics. The website is well-made because it is simple and allows for many characteristics to be entered
