Lost and recovered IPad in France
I was very disappointed to learn that I left an Apple IPad on a flight from Atlanta GA to Paris. Once realizing it was missing, and learning where it might be, I filled out a lost and found questionnaire located via AirFrance’s website. I answered a few questions to identify it, and then received an email the next morning saying AF’s records may have found one that matched mine. I paid the small but customary handling fee, but had a 10 day lag before returning to the airport to retrieve it. Once back at CDG airport in Paris, I located the department handling lost and found items, identified myself and my account, and had my iPad back in hand, in the exact same condition as when I lost it. Many thanks to the AF employees that helped me, and grateful and with peace of mind to have it back in my hands.
