If you lose something at CDG, the Service for Lost Objects will find it
Thank you so much for returning my computer to me. The professionalism and efficiency of your group is 5 star. From the ease of placing the announcement, to the recovery of the item, to informing me that you had indeed recovered it...even though I did not see my computer for 3 weeks, I felt that it was safe in your hands. A special thanks to the agent who called to tell me that my computer had been recovered. She could tell I was having difficulty speaking French and immediately offered to speak to me in English. She then agreed to post something in my file as I didn't have a computer. She gave me my appointment, told me how to get to the Service and what was the protocol.
