All fine, the item matching procedure works perfectly (also with photos!), same for the payment of the parcel service, and the sending was within one or two working days. It's not your fault that the Italian correspondent of Chronopost, DHL, is not so reliable in deliveries - I don't think you have a choice there. BUT: It's not acceptable for an international airport that the person answering at the info telephone number 3950 did NOT speak English. Lastly: People are often upset when they lose something at the airport. If you could reassure them, with some extra text, that a) filling the form is the only way they have of getting back their object b) it usually works people would be even more grateful. Anyway, thanks!!!
